Education is central to the Omayra Amaya Flamenco Dance Company’s mission—nurturing artistry, discipline, and cultural heritage through immersive training. Omayra Amaya offers workshops and private coaching online and in person in Miami, New York, Boston, and internationally, welcoming dancers of all levels.
Through her classes, students develop technical skill, musicality, improvisation, and expressive depth. Many perform in recitals, festivals, and traditional juergas. An esteemed educator, Omayra has taught at institutions like Boston Conservatory, Harvard, University of New Mexico, The Boston Ballet, and Walnut Hill School for the Arts—mentoring dancers to embody flamenco with integrity and passion.
